Thor Global Defense, Larry Knesek clams my father left him exclusive rights to make the Windrunner Rifles. It's not true.. If any body had rights it would be me. I make the new ones. 
I built 50 ea. 408 Cheytac Receivers / M98 for Thor about 10 years ago. 
Not to many people are motivated enough or even have a Modern CNC shop to make these pieces of Iron.
